Technical Recruiter

- Lead full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies using outbound channels, referrals, networking, and inbound pipelines.
- Conduct structured first-round interviews to assess technical ability, cultural fit, and role alignment.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate talent, and refine hiring strategies.
- Manage candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and engagement.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and outreach strategies to increase efficiency and quality of hire.
- Represent the organization externally and help attract top-tier talent through compelling storytelling and engagement.
- 4–6+ years of experience in recruiting, with strong exposure to technical hiring in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to source and engage high-quality candidates across engineering, product, or technical domains.
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to evaluate both technical depth and behavioral fit.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders and candidates.
- Ability to quickly learn new domains and translate business needs into effective recruiting strategies.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills in managing multiple concurrent hiring pipelines.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently and take initiative in ambiguous situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
