About the job:

• Liaise with hiring teams, understand job specifications and build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches
• Have a good understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills to actively and creatively network and evaluate the competence of candidates against a technical job description
• Source, build and maintain candidate pipelines to yield high quality candidates for short and long term hiring needs
• Suggest ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company
• Expertise in effective candidate search on job portals, internal databases, social networking sites and an ability to leverage personal contacts as well as existing employees`network to reach out to passive candidates
