TLDR

Supports and configures enterprise contact-center infrastructure (UCCE/UCCX/PCCE, CVP, Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Unity) in a call center environment.

Candidate must have experience in a call center environment to include the following :

a. UCCE, UCCX or PCCE experience

b. CVP scripting experience

c. Cisco Call Manager

d. Cisco Unity
