About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Telemarketing Representatives who are responsible for talking to potential customers on the phone to sell Wonders products and services. Their duties include tracking customer contact lists and explaining the benefits of the products.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering scripted talks/cold calls that describe the company’s products or services
- Explaining products and product features and prices
- Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
- Following up on previous customers for potential sales
- Maintaining records of customer contacts
- Other telesales duties assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role is a great plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- Comfortable working in the office environment
- Bilingual in Chinese (Fuzhou Dialect is preferred)
