Telesales ( 5 Month Contract)

TLDR

This role is a key position within the country account management team responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding the recruitment market segment.

  • Telephone selling to approach new corporate and individual customer
  • Exploring new markets and business opportunities in order to sell products and services.
  • Creating daily sales report
  • Coordinating on billing process with Finance Team
  • Maintain good relationship with clients
  • Handle and solve inquiries from clients with business manner
  • At least 1-3 years’ experience as sales, telesales or any related fields (Preferable)
  • Working experience in recruitment field is highly preferred
  • Good command of English skills
  • Strong sense of self-motivation, adaptability and initiative
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Enthusiastic and can-do attitude
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Proactive and target oriented
  • Able to use Microsoft Excel (basic level)
  • This role is a key position within the country account management team responsible for acquiring a new customer on the company’s target by focusing outside of Bangkok, exploring a new business opportunity, expanding a recruitment market segment, and being one of the parts to contribute to revenue and growth on business purpose by gaining hirer and candidate to serve the right customers

 

  • This role is reporting to Sales Manager and working cross-functional with Lead Generation, Finance, Sales Administration, Customer Experience, and Marketing
