A Territory Business Manager at Novopay manages large geography in a metro city or a few districts in a state. The TBM's role is to
- Appoint distributors and retailers as per the company's norms, wherever required.
- Train retailers and distributor personnel on the company's Apps, products and services.
- Ensure all transactions are managed with full compliance of the regulatory authority's rules.
- Plan and manage aggressive growth targets through the retail network.
- Manage branding, local promotions and community connect programs as per company plans.
- Coordinate with the company personnel to ensure all market support requirements are delivered
You must have at least 6 years’ experience in a well-known organisation, with a good track record in managing sales through a distribution network.
