About the Role:

TodayTix is looking for a highly-organized team player to support our New York Ticketing Operations team. 

Please note: this is a remote, part-time position lasting through January 2nd, 2022. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: This job will require work on weekends and holidays ( Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day)

Additional Details:

  • Hours: Typical shifts are 5-6 hours and fall between 9am - 9pm
  • The role reports to the Operations Managers
  • Holiday Incentive Pay for select dates throughout November-December may vary.

What You'll Do:

  • Use our proprietary inventory management system to confirm and verify purchase details, fulfill physical and digital tickets, and flag any issues to upper management
  • Other ad hoc ticket-related tasks such as e-ticket purchasing and fulfillment
  • Use an Apple iMac and programs such as Slack, Google Chrome, Google Suite and Preview 

We're Looking for Someone With:

  • Organization skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortability using technology, specifically Apple computers and Google Suite
  • A great team player attitude
  • Open/flexible availability (including holidays and weekends)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Data entry experience a plus
  • Previous box office, ticketing, or theater administration experience a plus
