Job brief:

The TMS (Terminal Management System) Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing daily operational assistance following the guidelines and objectives set forth by the company/Bank. The ideal coordinator must be an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. He/She should be comfortable dealing with people and carrying out administrative duties with accuracy and speed and ensuring that Bank operations are efficient.

Main tasks and responsibilities 💡

• Follow policy and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
• Maintain data records on the system
• Support/coordinate with other team members with various administrative tasks (device registration, updating information, follow-up for installation activity, etc.)
• Constant communication and follows up with clients and vendors
• Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software
• Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents
• Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies
• Maintains a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards
• Completes additional assigned tasks as required

Requirements

• BS Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information System, Management, Business or relevant field
• Relevant 2-3 years experience as a TMS Coordinator
• Acquiring banking knowledge is a must
• Excellent knowledge of the banking operations, specifically on TMS (Terminal Management System – SAMA)
• Expert in Excel and other Microsoft tools
• Self-driven and hardworking
• Great attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid time-management skills & should be focused on automation and workflow improvements
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Fluent in English and Arabic is a must
• Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
