Carbon Health is looking for an experienced, self-starting Total Rewards Project Manager to join our People team! This position will help us establish operational practices and oversee the planning, tracking and milestone completion of a variety of projects. This role's key objective will be to ensure the successful development, completion, and implementation of the Total Rewards team’s initiatives.

What You'll Do
- Perform industry, demographic and market research for benefits and compensation programs, including compensation job benchmarking, international demographic comparison, and market competitive rewards.
- Define the scope, objectives and measures of projects in conjunction with Total Rewards Leadership.
- Plan and manage projects of significant complexity including major initiatives such as renewals, vendor changes, new initiatives, and employee communication campaigns.
- Establish, documents and monitors comprehensive project plans and timelines, which identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully complete projects.
- Reviews the quality of work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that work produced meets project standards.
- Creates a communication schedule to update project stakeholders and change management process throughout the organization.
- Make recommendations to Compensation and Benefit practices for process or program improvement.
About You
- 5+ years of relevant experience with Compensation & Benefits and project coordination.
- Knowledge of Total Reward fundamentals: job architecture, job pricing, incentive plans, annual merit process, benefit wellness plans, open enrollment, and Benefit HRIS workflows
- Strong communication, collaboration, planning, and prioritization skills
- Excellent time management
- PMP certification is a plus
