Trust & Safety Specialist

Responsibilities

• Process and resolve copyright violations with respect to DMCA requirements and other infringement reports.
• Preserve and compile evidence for submission to various Law Enforcement and other Governmental entities for ongoing investigations.
• Create and maintain evolving workflows to support Vultr's user review processes.
• Quantify and approach problem solving through data-driven methodology.
• Identify trends to enhance our review and support processes and improve team efficiency.
• Acting as the point of contact for incident management.
• Enforcing the Terms of Service and providing best practice information to our customers.
• Identify fraud/abuse trends while providing status updates and potential changes to leadership.
• Evaluate content based on Vultr's Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service.
• Evaluate customer eligibility for credit limit increases and access to various services.
• Provide feedback and suggest improvements for internal tools to improve operational workflows.

Requirements

• Critical thinking skills and analysis capabilities with ability to resolve undocumented issues
• 1+ years of experience in a customer facing role.
• Great communication and writing skills.
• Project management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to take on multiple tasks both independently and within a team environment.
• Highly motivated and hard-working with ability to think under pressure, both individually and in team environment.
• Experience working with remote teams.
• Understanding of relevant cloud technology (e.g. SMTP, DNS)
• Any Linux SysAdmin experience is a plus.

Salary Range: $45k - $50k

This salary can vary based on location, years of experience, background and skill set.
