[UK BHV] HR Executive

About the HR Executive role
HelloFresh UK is looking for an HR Executive to join our bubbly, friendly Nuneaton people team, to work alongside our existing Executive, along with four HR Coordinators and the HR Lead. The HR Executive role will be ideal for a candidate with a can-do attitude, who is keen to push themselves in all areas of HR practices by working in a fast-paced, ever changing environment. The Executive will provide HR advice and support both managers and teams across the site.
What the HR Executive will be doing:
- Leading disciplinary meetings, managing grievances and confidently advising hearing managers with a strong knowledge of HR practices and company policy
- Building strong relationships with Operations and Shift Managers to ensure efficient communication and good people management
- Producing reports and manipulating data to provide Operational Teams with a clear view of HR metrics
- Owning high volume absence reporting and leading initiatives to address any trends which may appear by working on continuous improvement projects
- Owning and delivering ad-hoc projects, such as rolling out the company Happiness Survey
- Acting as a go to for all employee relations cases and ensuring all is managed in line with our company policy
- Supporting the HR Lead in upskilling HR Coordinators, to develop further HR knowledge
- Supporting recruitment activity on site where needed, and delivering HR Inductions for salaried new starters
- Support hiring managers with IT/equipment setup for new starters
- Advising managers on formal processes and providing HR support
- Partnering with managers to provide advice and training on policies/processes
- Leading culture initiatives onsite for both hourly and salaried employees
- Leading onsite communications and engagement initiatives
Who we are looking for:

Shift/Hours of Work:
Location: The Beehive, Bermuda Industrial Estate, 1 St Georges Way, Nuneaton
