User Acquisition Manager

Easybrain is looking for a skilled User Acquisition Manager, to acquire users for iOS/Android games through different mobile advertising networks and sources (sources list is flexible/tbd). You’ll be running performance marketing campaigns, cooperate on creatives with design team, optimize targeting, volumes, action events etc. in order to maximize UA campaigns performance.   Responsibilities: - Ads campaigns management; - Ads campaigns optimization (any kind) in order to improve ROI (decrease CPI, increase LTV/ARPU); - Users quality analysis (based on internal reporting tools) in order to optimize/improve UA performance; - Communication with Team Lead, Designers, Marketing Managers, Ad networks’ account managers; - Reporting.   Requirements: - Mobile user acquisition experience of 2+ years; - Analytical skills and mindset; - Common sense; - Russian language proficiency is a must; - English language level - intermediate+; - A significant advantage would be experience in working with and managing campaigns on Applovin, Unity, Mintegral, also with preinstalls and incentivised traffic sources.   Benefits: Besides the engaging tasks, support from experienced colleagues, challenge, and drive, we offer: - Full support in relocating to countries where our offices are located; - High-end market salary with performance bonuses; - All needed equipment; - Regular company events and monthly Friday meetings; - Social benefits (private medical cover, sports reimbursement, etc.); - Paid vacations, sick days; - English, Greek, and Polish online language classes; - Reimbursement for education and professional development.
