TLDR

Produce and refine UX/visual designs within a small team, collaborating with engineering to build prototypes, update assets, and deliver detailed, production-ready interfaces.

Hiring Manager needs experience along the tail end of the process, UX/visual design, working with development to get things built

Looking for a production-level designer to join a small team and support day-to-day design tasks. The team needs someone who is smart, enthusiastic, and willing to be a helper, with fanatical attention to detail.

Tasks include:

- Building and maintaining InVision prototypes

- Updating copy in Sketch source files

- Attending engineering scrums

- providing support to engineering team during development

- performing some visual QA to build

- designing out additional use cases, states as identified

- owning design of minor features

Skills/Experience:

- working in InVision

- working in Sketch (nice to have; Photoshop experience translates well)

- designing web applications responsively
