University student vacation program launching July 2026, offering hands-on exposure, collaboration with experienced professionals, and participation in multidisciplinary projects across departments.

Established in 2008, Mulilo has experienced tremendous success in the South African renewable energy industry. This success has resulted in Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners – the world’s leading renewable energy private equity investor - acquiring a majority shareholding in the company in 2023.

Mulilo has experienced success in both the private and public sectors of the market, with multiple Power Purchase Agreements (PPA)s signed with both large corporate energy users and the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy, through its Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer Procurement Programme (REIPPPP).


Project Power-Up is intended to launch in July 2026,  designed to give university students hands-on exposure in a dynamic, professional environment. This opportunity allows you to move beyond theory and experience what it’s truly like to work in your chosen field. You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and build valuable skills

Successful candidates will be required to attend to their duties in the Cape Town Head Office, 5 Buitengracht Street
