The Role
Do you love consulting, but are tired of traveling? Do you enjoy building long-term customer relationships and helping customers achieve their business objectives?
Veeva Systems is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) in our Quality team who has a deep understanding of Quality processes and applications.
Combining Quality experience, process know-how, and product expertise, CSMs help customers identify how to add value to their organization, adopt best practices, and drive industry transformation beyond the software implementation.
This is a remote, customer-facing role based in Europe with no work location rule if you are near an airport and able to meet travel requirements.

What You'll Do
- Promote product adoption by sharing industry, release management, and product best practices
- Drive change by establishing relationships with key customer IT and business stakeholders
- Develop product adoption goals and objectives based on customers’ initiatives and use of Veeva applications
- Partner with Sales, Strategy, Services, Marketing, and Product Management teams
- Build and manage customer working groups and communities so our customers have an avenue for peer-to-peer interactions and the development of best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with life-sciences companies in Quality with a demonstrated understanding of processes, and technologies
- Track record of life-sciences software implementation projects in a consultant, business analyst, IT lead, and/or business sponsor role(s)
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with IT and Business leaders
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, including the ability to chair meetings, host webinars and take complex business and software concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying levels
- Fluency in English
- Ability to travel 25%
Nice to Have
- Direct experience implementing/consulting on known Quality technologies – e.g. FirstDoc, Documentum, Master Control, OpenText, Qumas, Sparta
- Participation in industry efforts outside of day-to-day job responsibilities
- Detailed understanding of emerging Industry best practices, trends, and/or standards
- Fluency in another European language is plus
