Vice President, Strategy for Chicago, IL to evaluate & define customer (CX) experience design strategies; identify problems to be solved through designs; plan qualitative & quantitative user research initiatives during all stages of development; facilitate user design research & sprints; deliver CX design artifacts, including data-driven personas, customer journeys and job stories; collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated design & marketing strategic approaches; evaluate solutions using design trends, heuristic reviews, competitive benchmarking, & formative and summative usability studies; design user testing & concept validation approaches. Requires Master’s in Design Management or related field & 8 yrs experience developing CX design strategies for clients in the health, finance and/or consumer goods domains; conducting exploratory, generative, desirability and evaluative research; facilitating co-design & participatory design; leading client workshops to ideate on & prioritize experience enhancement opportunities for the business; creating CX design artifacts & processes, including personas, journey maps, service blueprints, relationship maps, ecosystem maps, business model canvases, value proposition canvases, jobs to be done, contextual inquiries, secret shopping & diary studies; using Adobe Suite to create CX design artifacts & processes; pitching CX strategy to new & existing clients; creating CX frameworks for application to the health, finance and/or consumer goods domains; developing & educating internal stakeholders and clients on CX best practices; integrating CX strategy with user experience, brand planning, media planning, CRM & communication strategies; mentoring junior team members; and working with internal & client stakeholders at all levels of the company to grow projects and accounts.
