At ixigo, we are looking for a creator who loves making videos, whether that's writing the script, shooting with a camera or editing till the cut isn't perfect yet, or using AI tools to create something that would be impossible to film in real life. We are not looking for someone with the fanciest degree. We're looking for someone obsessed with creating.

What You'll Do

• Brainstorm ideas, concepts and video formats.
• Write scripts, shot lists and creative briefs.
• Create videos using a mix of:
  • AI tools (Google Flow, Veo, Gemini, Higgsfield and emerging tools)
  • Real-world shoots using cameras and smartphones
• Edit videos for YouTube, Instagram and performance marketing campaigns.
• Create motion graphics, titles and visual effects.
• Research trends, memes, formats and cultural moments.
• Help plan shoots, arrange props, coordinate talent and bring ideas to life.
• Turn rough ideas into share-worthy content quickly.

Skills We are Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in content creation, filmmaking or video editing.
• Strong editing skills in Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop.
• Experience with AI video generation tools is a must (Google flow, Gemini, Higgsfield)
• Understanding of pacing, storytelling, composition and sound.
• Basic camera knowledge (ISO, aperture, shutter speed, framing, lighting).
• Comfortable communicating in Hindi and/or English.

Bonus Points

• Motion graphics skills.
• Experience creating viral social content.
• Experience using AI tools such as Google Flow, Veo, Gemini, Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney or similar platforms.
• Creator mindset: you make things even when nobody asks you to.
