Repurpose content across multiple channels while maintaining exceptional creative quality and brand consistency
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and scale creative production
Jump in wherever needed - whether that’s editing, motion graphics, brainstorming concepts, creating templates, or solving unexpected creative challenges
5+ years of professional video editing experience in an agency, startup, technology company, or fast-paced creative environment
Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), CapCut, and modern editing platforms
Experience using AI-powered creative tools to improve productivity and content quality
Strong creative instincts balanced with an analytical mindset—you understand what makes content perform and enjoy using data to improve results
Ability to independently prioritize work, manage competing deadlines, and thrive with ambiguity
Excellent communication skills and a highly collaborative approach—you enjoy partnering with teammates across functions
Exceptional attention to detail while maintaining speed and efficiency
Curiosity about emerging AI, video, and creator technologies, with a passion for continuous learning
A builder's mentality: proactive, resourceful, adaptable, and excited to help shape processes instead of simply following them
