- Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all video deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in video editing, preferably in corporate, marketing, or digital content production environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong knowledge of motion graphics, post-production workflows, and video storytelling techniques.
- Experience with AI-assisted creative tools or generative AI workflows is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with full video production processes, including lighting, audio recording, and shooting, is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards under tight deadlines.
- Fluent or advanced English proficiency.
