Virtual Project Manager

Accountabilities
  • Own and manage the end-to-end development and optimization of the virtual business academy platform, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement of the learning experience.
  • Design and expand training programs that support technicians and entrepreneurs in launching and scaling businesses across multiple home service verticals.
  • Build, coordinate, and lead a distributed team of instructors, mentors, and operational support staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
  • Drive student enrollment growth, engagement, retention, and measurable business outcomes through structured program improvements and initiatives.
  • Develop scalable systems, workflows, and operational processes to support the academy’s expansion into new markets and geographies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), generate insights, and implement data-driven improvements aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Align academy strategy and execution with broader business vision while ensuring efficient day-to-day delivery of programs and initiatives.
  • Requirements

    • Proven experience in Project Management or Product Management, ideally within EdTech, SaaS, business training, or digital learning environments.
    • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and scale remote or distributed teams effectively.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience or strong interest in building and scaling digital products or business education programs.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced, evolving environments.
    • Ability to design structured processes, manage multiple priorities, and drive execution from concept to delivery.
    • Bonus: experience in trade industries, vocational training, or business education focused on real-world operational businesses.
