Mindtickle is looking for a Vice President of Customer Success to join our team. The role willbe responsible for leading a global team of CSMs, building strategies to drive success for customers of all sizes using any combination of our products while managing the financial demands of the Customer Success P&L.

Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Design and execute a strategy for the customer success organization, ensuring that Mindtickle helps drive usage and expansion of Mindtickle products with the constraints of the customer success P&L
- Team: Create a winning culture, build and manage a team of customer success managers ensuring the team has the skills, resources, and support needed to be successful.
- Customer Health Monitoring: Implement systems and processes to monitor customer health and satisfaction, and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Product Feedback: Serve as a conduit between customers and the product development team, providing valuable insights and feedback to drive product improvements and enhancements.
- Customer Advocacy: Cultivate a community of satisfied customers who can serve as advocates for Mindtickle, including case studies, testimonials, and referrals.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance metrics, such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), to measure and improve the effectiveness of the Customer Success team.
- Customer Onboarding: Oversee the development of a robust onboarding process to ensure customers are successfully onboarded and achieve quick time-to-value.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment on customer success strategies.
- Manage customer success budgets, ensuring financial goals are met or exceeded
Qualifications
- 15+ years’ experience working and leading customer success organizations.
- Experience working in a B2B, SaaS companyStrong operational focus and experience with process improvement and operational efficiency
- Experience with services revenue forecasting, budgeting, and management
- Proven track record of attracting and developing talent
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement business strategies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
