We’re looking to hire an outcome-oriented VP of Sales Development to manage and scale our rapidly growing sales development organization. This hire will be an integral part of our sales leadership team, responsible for optimizing our prospecting strategy, lead flow conversion and pipeline growth, and aligning these metrics to broader company revenue goals. 

This role will report directly to our CRO.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a high-performing sales development organization of over 55 reps, including 6 SDR Managers
  • Coach and enable managers to translate top level strategies into actionable plans
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, AEs, and Marketing to maximize pipeline creation, lead flow and conversion rates to drive revenue
  • Collaborate with sales operations and enablement to provide on-boarding, continued training & education, coaching & performance management, and career pathing/development for the SDR organization
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize SDR processes for outbound prospecting, including individual & team best practices
  • Continuously shape and implement processes and strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity driven by data

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8+ years of SDR / SaaS sales experience as a top performer and 4+ years of management experience
  • Familiarity with sales technology tools like: Gong.io, Outreach, Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Sendoso, Builtwith
  • Proven track record of delivering successfully with measurable results in fast-paced environments
  • Strong ability to summarize and communicate complex ideas into curriculum with a strong sense of how sales professionals think, operate and absorb training
  • Passion for coaching and educating others
  • Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements
