Position Summary The role of Warehouse Coordinator is to drive excellent customer satisfaction by ensuring 100% stock accuracy and quick commerce. They lead the inbound process to ensure the right products are available at the right time.

2. Reports to The Warehouse Coordinator reports to the Warehouse Leadership Team.
3. Responsible for The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for Receiving, Stock Integrity, and Receiving Store Assistants.
4. Objectives
   • To maximise sales through fantastic product availability and precise stock holding.
   • To drive efficiency by streamlining the receiving and unloading process.
   • To minimise costs by controlling inventory shrinkage, wastage, and theft.
   • To ensure all inbound shipments are processed accurately and as quickly as possible.
   • To ensure shelves and backstock areas are replenished fully and organized logically.
5. Substitution In the absence of the Warehouse Coordinator a Shift Leader will step in.
6. Duties & Responsibilities
   • To communicate stock discrepancies and inventory levels effectively at all levels.
   • To be open to the business requirements and adjust receiving schedules as needed.
   • To ensure that health and safety requirements are met at all times in the receiving bay.
   • To ensure the stockroom and intake areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe.
   • To communicate all logistical issues that prevent you from achieving your objectives.
7. Individual Tasks
   • To complete any reasonable task that is assigned to you by your line manager.
