Terminal Consolidation Company is a subsidiary of USMMG and is hiring drivers for the Kansas City, MO location.

Job Summary:

Warehouse Dock Worker is responsible for the efficient loading, unloading, and movement of goods within a warehouse or distribution center. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying inventory, and ensuring products are properly stored or staged for transport. Dock workers operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks while following strict safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Forklift and Hostler experience preferred, but not necessary. 
• Must be willing to learn. 
• No CDL required
• Good organization, coordination, and time management
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy items (typically 30–75+ lbs.) for 8-to-12-hour shifts.
