Impact In This Role

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all warehouse and distribution operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely movement of goods. This role drives operational excellence through strong leadership, continuous improvement, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Direct and oversee all warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, product handling, and inventory control 
  • Plan and schedule departmental activities to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders while maximizing operational efficiency and profitability 
  • Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse and logistics personnel to achieve individual, departmental, and organizational goals 
  • Perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing priorities 
  • Evaluate current processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement and leading or supporting continuous improvement initiatives 
  • Maintain and enhance the 5S program to support a clean, organized, safe, and high-performing work environment 
  • Oversee the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program and address facility-related issues to ensure uninterrupted operations 
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including oversight of inventory control processes and continuous improvement of warehouse organization 
  • Train, coach, and conduct performance evaluations for all logistics and distribution staff 
  • Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety standards, policies, and regulatory compliance 
  • Ensure compliance with all logistics and distribution ISO processes, including maintaining standards and implementing updates or improvements 
  • Work within established company guidelines and exhibit sound business decisions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall business operations 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Order Accuracy Rate: Percentage of orders fulfilled without errors 
  • On-Time Shipment Rate: Percentage of orders shipped on or before the promised date 
  • Inventory Accuracy: Variance between system and physical inventory counts 
  • Productivity: Units picked/packed per labor hour or per employee

Desired Traits

  • Minimum 5 years management experience – three of which should be in a supervisory capacity
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience desired
  • Strong understandings of a data driven warehouse and experience with WMS system required
  • Small parts handling experience
  • Six Sigma & Kaizen experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and conflict management skill along with proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Access)
  • Maintain strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations

Salary Range: $80,000 to $110,000 per year, based upon experience
