RESPONSIBILITIES

· Create compelling and effective website designs, logos and various print and digital media

· Consistently evaluate analytic data and customer feedback and propose and execute onsite usability and user experience improvements

· Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

· Provide strategic insights and recommendations to increase site conversion and drive site improvements

· Works collaboratively with third party and other key stakeholders to capture design requirements and translate them into solutions that drive business results

· Meet with product owners and business stake holders and to discuss business objectives and requirements of each ongoing project

· Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media and market trends

REQUIREMENTS

· Experience with creating storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps

· Proficiency in HTML and CSS

· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar programs

· Solid understanding of user centered design concepts

· Javascript experience a plus
