Wholesale Operations Coordinator

Rapha Wholesale is a newly established retail channel to build upon Rapha’s global brand positioning and awareness through strategic partnerships in existing and new territories. The channel is fast becoming an important part of Rapha’s marketing and customer acquisition model and will in turn support the custom channel as we strengthen our partnerships.

Rapha's mission is to make cycling the most popular sport in the world and our Clubhouses and the Wholesale channel plays a key role in making the broader Rapha community a place of inclusion on and off the bike. 

Reporting to the Wholesale Operations Manager, the Wholesale Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the effective day to day operational management of the wholesale partnerships whilst delivering exceptional customer service. Supporting the regional Wholesale Sales team, this role will help deliver the sales plan by ensuring timely outbound deliveries and order management, offering exceptional customer service at all times whilst demonstrating a commercial attitude to drive sell-through and maximise revenue opportunity.

THE ROLE

  • Responsible for collating and sharing the seasonal range book with our wholesale partners with relevant price lists and order management tools
  • Ensure the B2B wholesale system is updated at all times and partners are fully supported in its day to day use
  • Work closely with the Wholesale Operations Manager to monitor customer orders/partnerships’ sell-through to ensure continuous stock availability
  • Continuous review the sales/stock reporting and data analytics to support the growth of the channel and maximise revenue opportunities
  • Responsible for all new account set-up including payment, discount terms and logistics terms
  • Work cross-functionally with the Accounts Receivable team to ensure delivery schedules can be met on a timely basis and accounts are reviewed consistently to minimise credit risk
  • Responsible for the processing of orders within agreed SLA’s as well as back/forward order reviews
  • Communicate proactively to our partners to ensure we maximise sales revenue with alternatives/order phasing
  • Support all Key Account management from order to delivery, with best in class customer service
  • Support the sales team as required to ensure we offer operational excellence alongside a streamlined customer journey
  • Continuously review and update the Wholesale Partners Portal, working alongside all cross functional teams to ensure our partners are aligned to all of Rapha’s service standards across VM, Training, Compliance, Communications etc

 

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates may possess the following skills. We're open to a wide variety of backgrounds and skill sets which may fulfil the requirements in a similar way.

  • Previous experience in sales account management and customer service
  • Analytical and numerically literate
  • Excel knowledge at intermediate or higher level
  • A commercial and solution-based skill-set
  • Strong communication skills with an inquisitive eye for detail
