Working Student - People Analytics (m/f/x)

The role

As a working Working Student - People Analytics (m/f/x) you will be responsible for supporting the People Analytics team to deliver actionable insights around the structure & engagement of our workforce - a fundamental, data-driven approach to meet the needs of both our People and the business in a rapidly growing environment.

What you'll do

People systems & data cleaning:

• Data organisation & cleaning support across different sources (People systems, workforce planning sheets and others)
• Contribute to a successful transfer to our new HR system

People dashboards

• Maintenance support of our different People dashboards
• Collaboratively prepare our regular People dashboard meetings

Translating data into insights support

• Help to identify outstanding patterns along our data landscape - ranging from operational People KPIs to insights from engagement surveys
• Ad-hoc analyses for stakeholders within the People team & the business

Work closely with our different People sub-teams (HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Admin etc.).

What you'll bring

• You are enrolled at a university in a Business / Psychology degree or another related field for ideally at least one more year
• Strong analytical capabilities along with a good skill set in Excel/ GSheets
• Proficient in English (writing and speaking)
• Skills in R or Tableau as well as previous experience in HR are a plus
• You are a team player and want to have an impact in an egoless environment
• Talent to work with numbers and a natural interest in People
• You are highly driven and like to approach things with a hands-on mentality
