About the role:
Fivetran is looking for an organized and energetic individual to fill our Workplace Operations role that will help manage our Dublin, London and Munich offices!
- This role will be full time onsite at the Dublin Office
- Office management for the Dublin, London and Munich office spaces
- Supporting the daily running of the offices, vendors and supplies for
- Facilities, vendors, administration duties, and office events.

As a Workplace Operations Manager at Fivetran, you will:
- Manage all workplace operations for our offices by being the liaison with building management and the main point of contact for employees who need resources.
- Assists Global Workplace Operations Manager who acts as project manager for office build outs and refreshes. Can include adding of additional floors that are added to our offices, selecting furniture, working with contractors, designing the space based on office needs, and ordering all other supplies for the newly added space.
- Own space planning for the office based on hiring projections to ensure there is enough vacant space for new hires
- Manage all vendors including our snack, cleaning, maintenance, plant, printer, and lunch vendors
- Visitor Management, for both internal and external stakeholders onsite at the Dublin office. Coordinate logistics such as seat planning, meeting room bookings, lunches and events for internal visitors trips to the Dublin location.
- Coordinate logistics for team-wide events, trainings, and essential cross-functional initiatives. Examples include planning internal and external meetings, team retreats and offsites, teamwide all-hands meetings, daily schedule details, recurring business meetings, and travel arrangements (when appropriate such as Office wide travel for company retreats)
- Create and execute employee experience events including onsite and offsite company lunches, happy hours, holiday gatherings, etc.
- Produce events and experiences that engage and inspire. This person will be a key culture carrier for supported teams and leaders, particularly as we begin to transition from fully remote work to in-office experiences (including organizing the fun stuff, like offsites, onsites, happy hours, events, lunches, and more!)
- Coordinate internal communication, including but not limited to rollout of changes, new processes, new offerings, and more.

- Strong project manager skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and set expectations with your stakeholders
- Excellent time management, prioritization, attention to detail and follow-through are outstanding.
- You are an over-communicator, never leave important details behind, and always have “Plan B” solutions up your sleeve.
- You are a natural leader and take initiative without waiting for direction.
- You have strong intercultural intelligence and are passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion.
- You are creative and have the ability to find unique solutions while remaining flexible during any unforeseen logistical complications.
- You have strong experience in managing office and/or facility operations for a mid-sized company that is growing rapidly (bonus if you’ve done this at a start-up!)
- You have managed an office operations budget and multiple vendor contracts
- You are proficient in Google Apps (Mail, Calendar, Docs, etc.)
- You’re a skilled and creative event planner and can execute logistics for internal company events

- Has managed an office of at least 50 people including facilities, space planning, deliveries, etc.
- Has managed an office move or office-build out before.
