岗位职责：

• 微信的日常运营。包含但不仅限于文章撰写。
• 对时事热点有敏锐的触觉，能够挖掘新闻热点进行头条文章创作。
• 思维活跃脑洞大，能够为基于微信平台的内容创新和广告合作提供优质创意和文案。可能涉及到视频创意策划、线下活动策划、配合品牌活动进行的广告文案策划和撰写。

基本要求：

• 本科或以上学历
• 1年以上媒体、新媒体或广告从业经验
• 英语四六级或以上

择优要求：

• 扎实的文字功底，出色的中文文笔，喜欢写作，能在短时间内独立完成原创文章写作。
• 社交媒体深度用户，知乎、微信、微博、豆瓣等等皆可，对热点敏感。
• 能取好标题者优先。
• 喜欢阅读，涉猎广泛，对其他微信公众号的内容运营和营销创意有了解和独到的见解者优先。
• 有新媒体营销口、广告口记者或编辑的从业经验者优先。
• 思维活跃脑洞大，只有你想不到的，没有我们不敢干的。

Responsibilities:

• Marketing campaign, co-branding events to drive impression of LinkedIn, creative marketing strategy based on social media, executive and copy-writing
• Operation of LinkedIn official Wechat account and writing, your articles will be pressed to 1.5 billion followers

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above
• More than 1-year working experience of media, social media or advertising industry

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working experience of 4A agency or other agency companies, with a title of AE or above
• Experience of operating Wechat or other social media account, like Zhihu, Weibo, Douban, etc.
• Good skills of writing article in a limited time, good sense of social media hot news
• Good English reading, listening, speaking, writing skills, basic skills of writing business email in English
• Good skills of delivering PowerPoint, with good logic and well-designed visual slides
• Basic skills of Photoshop
