Backend Engineer (Infrastructure & Core)

SoundCloud is the world's leading audio platform, allowing everyone to share and discover unique content anywhere, anytime, on the web and on mobile. Our infrastructure teams are looking for strong backend engineers that can leverage data to support product teams. The Trust, Safety & Security Team is responsible for combating spam and abusive uses of our platform.

You are experienced in developing backend systems in Scala, Java, or Go. You find technologies like Spark and Hadoop exciting. You love to work with data in the wild and to put data mining and machine learning algorithms into production. Interacting with other teams is part of your day-to-day, so you strive to communicate effectively. Additionally, we value prior experience with unit testing and continuous integration.
