TITLE: 529 Business Intelligence Specialist

DUTIES: Apply knowledge of 529 and CSA plan mechanics, regulatory rules, and financial processing
to ensure compliant and accurate reporting. Identify and resolve data discrepancies and
unexpected system behavior. Manage end‑to‑end reporting cycles.Design data models,
queries, and governed analytics. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance
data pipelines and support client-established standards. Communicate regulatory and
technical requirements to clients. Develop automation to replace manual reporting
processes and reduce turnaround time. Manage reporting requests, draft Jira epics and
stories, define requirements, and establish acceptance criteria. Document workflows, data
models, and quality control procedures.

SALARY: $105,00.00-$110,000.00 per year

SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (9:00am-5:00pm)

LOCATION: 640 Freedom Business Center Drive, 2nd Floor, King of Prussia, PA, 19406

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or the foreign equivalent, in Computer Science,
Information Systems, Product Design, or closely related. plus 3 years of
experience in product development in client-driven scenarios. Providing
and managing recon tooling for tracking activity anomalies at any point in
the processing life-cycle. Minimum 2 years of experience with 529 & CSA
plan mechanics, including financial processing rules, market cycles, and
program limitations. 3 years of experience with the following (which may
have been gained concurrently): SQL, Sigma/Tableau, Jira, Agile
methodology.
