Account Executive
TLDR
Own the full sales cycle for laundromat and dry-cleaning operators nationwide, building pipeline and closing deals in a growing vertical SaaS market.
• Run the full sales cycle: demo, follow-up, negotiation, close.
• Work all lead sources: BDR/SDR-generated demos, direct booked opportunities, CS round-robin leads, and self-sourced outbound.
• Make an intro call before every demo — no exceptions.
• Apply the T.A.O.M. framework (Time, Agenda, Outcome, Mutually Agreed) on every call.
• Schedule alignment calls during the sales process; set go-live expectations of 2–4 weeks.
• Pitch the full Cents product suite with bundled pricing as the primary close lever.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline; target 100+ outbound calls per week.
• Keep Salesforce fully notated before every handoff; follow billing date and BRF submission rules. • Route all inbound LW/MOOPS opportunities through the distributor team workflow.
• Help refine the Sales Bible — document winning tactics to help the next generation of AEs succeed.
• Hunter Mentality: Proven track record running end-to-end sales cycles. You build your own book of business.
• Fearless Prospector: Cold outreach isn't just a task — it's a core skill. You make the calls and send the emails.
• Master of the Close: Skilled in deep discovery, needs analysis, and navigating price negotiations to get deals over the line.
• Pipeline Discipline: You build it, work it, close it. No hyper-fixating on a handful of accounts.
• Salesforce Hygiene: Non-negotiable — accurate stages, clean notes, no guesswork on handoff.
• Consultative Seller: You lead with operator pain points, not feature lists.
• Relentless & Coachable: High-drive, optimistic, and hungry for feedback because you know it sharpens your edge.
• 2+ years in a sales role (SaaS preferred).
• Creative, persistent, and passionate about sales with a dynamic personality.
• Comfortable working in a fast-scaling startup environment — you adapt quickly and thrive in ambiguity. • Tech-savvy; navigates sales tools and internal platforms quickly.
• Experience with Salesforce, Dialpad, and Gong preferred.
• Outside or field sales experience a plus; prior POS/payments experience is nice to have.
