Cash is the lifeblood of every business, and it's the number one priority for CFOs. As a Mid-Market Account Executive, your mission is to grow our business by winning new customers in the French mid-market segment.

You own the full sales cycle, from discovery to signature, working with an SDR who feeds your pipeline. You don't just sell software: you position Agicap as a strategic partner for companies that want to transform how they manage cash.

What you'll do

Discovery & qualification

Take ownership of the qualified opportunities passed on by the SDR team, from discovery through to signature.

Run in-depth discovery sessions to understand each prospect's context, challenges, and cash flow needs.

Identify concrete use cases for Agicap and build a clear ROI case tailored to each prospect.

Work with your SDRs to define a sector-based development strategy and sharpen their outreach with your field feedback.

Sales cycle management

Deliver sharp product demos, based on the needs surfaced during discovery.

Map all stakeholders and the buying process, and build strong relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, and other C-level decision-makers.

Present offers, negotiate terms, and support prospects all the way to signature, to meet and exceed your targets.

Cross-functional collaboration

Share structured feedback with the Marketing, Business Development, and Product teams to keep improving our go-to-market and our product.

Work with Customer Success to ensure a smooth handover and a strong onboarding.

Share your commercial expertise and ideas to help the whole team grow.

Performance management

Keep your pipeline data accurate and up to date in HubSpot.

Review your performance regularly with your manager, spot areas to improve, and adjust your approach.

What we are looking for:

Around 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS and in the mid-market segment, or experience in a finance department / audit / consulting / TS.

A clear track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong discovery and consultative selling skills: you start from the prospect's problem, not the product.

Comfortable selling to CFOs and Finance Directors.

Strong analytical and synthesis skills, excellent verbal communication, and real intellectual curiosity.

Discipline in using a CRM (HubSpot) and managing your pipeline.

An entrepreneurial mindset: you're comfortable in a fast-moving environment and full of ideas.

Fluent French and a good level of English.

Nice to have: experience in treasury or finance software, an existing network in the French mid-market finance/CFO community, or experience in a scale-up or fintech.

Attractive package: between €100K and €150K depending on profile and performance, with uncapped commissions.
