What this role is all about
As an Account Executive, you will drive new business growth by selling Infobip’s solutions to Tier 1 clients within your assigned territory. You will identify new opportunities across existing and prospective customers, manage complex sales cycles, and build long-term client relationships focused on growth and account health. This is a highly consultative role that combines strategic prospecting, solution selling, negotiation, and customer ownership during the first 12 months of the client lifecycle.
What you’ll do
- Manage and grow a target account list within your assigned territory
- Sell Infobip solutions directly or through partners to Tier 1 customers
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively recommend tailored solutions
- Build solution proposals and value propositions aligned with customer needs
- Manage sales activities including forecasting, account planning, and resource coordination
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close new business
- Support end-to-end client relationships during the first 12 months, including retention, cross-sell, upsell, and expansion activities
- Build trusted relationships with customers and maintain strong account health
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to secure new business and customer growth
- Provide guidance and mentoring to other team members when needed
What makes you a strong fit
- 5+ years of experience in sales or account management roles
- Experience in software, SaaS, or technology sales environments
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with experience managing complex sales cycles
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strategic and consultative sales approach with strong customer focus
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and CRM discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English, spoken and written
