Account Executive
TLDR
Drive growth and retention for a portfolio of business clients through strategic account management and data-driven optimization in a logistics-tech setting.
- Develop and execute account growth plans for assigned clients
- Increase revenue and order volume through upselling, cross-selling, and service adoption
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Drive client utilization of Lalamove's products and solutions
- Monitor client performance and provide recommendations to maximize logistics efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance discussions
- Proactively identify and address risks that may lead to churn
- Resolve client concerns and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions.
- Develop retention strategies for at-risk accounts
- Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the account lifecycle
- Manage a portfolio of business accounts across different segments
- Prioritize accounts based on revenue potential, strategic importance, and growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate account records, forecasts, and pipeline updates
- Track account health and engagement metrics

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
At least two (2) years of experience in Corporate Account management functions from any industry.
Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshsales
Must be willing to work on-site in Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) and do fieldwork activities at times
