JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a customer-friendly, energetic, motivated Account Manager/Dispatch
Representative to join our team. Hiring residents in Portland, OR area. This position’s primary
responsibilities are to create service tickets, dispatch technicians to complete services, assist
technicians via phone and chat. Incumbent is responsible for checking technician progress and
updating orders on a continuous basis. This position will be responsible for various administrative
tasks as well.
Proposed Working Schedule: Wednesday - Friday 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM :: Saturday - Sunday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Need to be flexible with nights, weekends, and holidays.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manage ticketing system for car-sharing platform. Create, edit, assign work for technicians to
complete based on needs of the client.
Manage the logistics and routing of technicians;
Track technician’s hours and movements throughout the day;
Call/text with client in an effort to assist in meeting their needs and address any issues that
arise;
Update clients throughout the day on technician movements;
Answer phone calls coming into the general phone number and route accordingly;
Create productivity reports for managers;
Assist other markets and account managers as needed;
Other administrative duties as assigned;
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to resolve problems ensuring that decisions are made based on policies, rules, and

employees;
Adept at setting priorities and efficiently utilizing people and equipment;
Ability to listen and take direction agreeably;

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent;
Customer service experience, internal or external preferred;
Proficient in monitoring and managing multiple chats and texts
Must be efficient at using a computer, smartphone, and MS Excel/Sheets
Read, write and speak English;
