Tasks and Qualifications:

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and advise existing customers, with a primary focus on the Eastern Europe Market
• Generate leads for service contracts, repairs, spare parts, and modernization projects
• Work closely with the Technical Sales Manager to specify and define customer requirements
• Support the Back Office team in developing and preparing customer proposals
• Present solutions and proposals to customers
• Conduct contract negotiations

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, qualification as a Sales Engineer, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, or in a similar role, preferably involving technical products and/or services
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong teamwork, analytical, customer-focused, and results-oriented skills
• Willingness to international travel, approximately 70% of the time
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage, particularly German and/or Polish.
