Accountant (Mid/Senior)

General accounting to both local and international accounting requirements;

Keeping accounting and tax records on a timely basis - ensure month end closing procedures taken in place, including balance reconciliation, accruals, etc.;

Preparing and timely submitting accounting, tax, and statistical reports to Lithuanian Authorities;

Actively participating in the external audit process;

Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement in accounting processes, internal controls, and workflows – suggesting and implementing changes to increase efficiency and accuracy;

Collaborating with cross-functional teams (FP&A, Controlling, etc) on process improvement projects, system migrations, and new business initiatives.

Great written skills in English;

Creative approach to problem-solving, high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines;
