This role supports day-to-day accounting operations across multiple divisions, working closely with the Controller and Finance team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and structure in a high-volume environment.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who takes pride in clean books, strong processes, and getting things right the first time.
About You
You’re a detail-oriented Accountant who takes ownership of your work and doesn’t cut corners.
You’re comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with high transaction volume. You understand how accounting flows through the business and can manage multiple responsibilities without dropping the ball.
You don’t need constant direction; you know what needs to get done, and you do it.
You Bring:
Strong experience with GL accounting, reconciliations, and journal entries
Support for month-end close and financial reporting
Experience working with high-volume transactions (AP/AR, invoicing, payments)
Ability to maintain accuracy and organization under pressure
Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor Prophet 21 or similar preferred)
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Qualifications:
2+ years of general accounting experience (AP/AR) at a professional level in a corporate environment
Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals (GAAP)
Experience supporting the month-end close
Experience in a product-based or distribution environment is preferred
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Bonus Points:
Experience with inventory accounting
Exposure to multi-entity environments
Working toward CPA designation
