Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Executive with at least 2 years of experience in basic accounting and bookkeeping for our client. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, and assist the finance team in ensuring smooth accounting processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare complete books of accounts from the financial data provided.
  • Perform accurate bank reconciliation across multiple statements/accounts.
  • Record, categorize, and reconcile daily financial transactions.
  • Structure raw data into proper accounting formats (ledgers, trial balance, etc.).
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in bookkeeping and reporting.
  • Maintain organized documentation for review.
  • Support the finance team with relevant accounting tasks as required.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com mandatory).
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on accounting/bookkeeping experience.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles (double-entry, ledgers, trial balance).
  • Proven experience in bank reconciliation.
  • Ability to convert raw data into accurate, complete books of accounts.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/Xero/ERP preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight timelines.
