About the Role
Power Monitors, Inc. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support our accounting team. This role is responsible for reviewing and processing vendor invoices, managing payments, and supporting general accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, match, and process vendor invoices
- Schedule and prepare vendor payments and check runs
- File and scan payment documentation
- Monitor open purchase orders and follow up internally
- Research and resolve vendor payment issues
- Run and analyze AP aging reports
- Support month-end closing processes
- Perform other accounting duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–5 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to adapt to a changing work environment
- Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
