Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist - [Hybrid-Remote] - [United States]

We believe in transparency, diversity, merit and fostering a culture of empowerment, personal impact and career growth.  We are looking for our first AR/AP Specialist.  You will manage the entire AR / AP process for Crisp while working side by side with our head of accounting.

Crisp’s Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist will:

• Manage AP invoice and approval process through Bill.com
• Collaborate and Assist in generating and reviewing 1099s 
• Onboard New customers onto our billing software and ensure they are setup properly
• Send out invoices to all existing customers
• Manage Accounts Receivable Aging and follow up with customers for payment when needed
• Reconcile cash accounts on a monthly basis

A Great Candidate Will Have

• Experience managing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Bank Reconciliations
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets is a plus
• Ability to quickly learn new softwares (experience with Quickbooks Online is a plus)
• Strong project management skills including an ability to multitask, prioritize and respond quickly within a rapidly changing environment.
• Strong and effective communication skills when working with employees, customers and vendors
