TLDR
Lead the accounts receivable team, oversee invoicing and collections, and deliver aging analyses to management.
Requirements
- Level 1 ACCA or CAT Level 3.
- 3–5 years of accounts receivable/accounting experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accurate financial records.
- Valid Police Clearance.
- 2 Professional References.
- Driver License (Optional).

Duties
- Supervise accounts receivable operations and staff.
- Monitor invoices, collections, and overdue accounts.
- Resolve payment discrepancies and customer account issues.
- Prepare receivable and aging reports for management.
- Ensure accurate records and compliance with company procedures.
