THE OPPORTUNITY

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad operations, or a similar role. 
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, ad networks, exchanges, and supply-side platforms.
  • Proficiency in using ad serving and reporting tools, such as Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, and other industry-specific platforms. 
  • Proven experience in data analysis, with a keen eye for trends and patterns.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, exhibiting outstanding organizational skills.
  • Unyielding attention to detail. 
  • Knowledge of industry standards, privacy regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, HTML, Javascript is a huge plus. 
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • A strong commitment to prioritizing user experience and delivering high-quality results.

This position is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday.

 

What you’ll be working on

Overview: 

 

Our client, a trusted partner for digital content creators, is seeking a talented and experienced Programmatic Specialist to join their team. Rooted in Christian values, They provides comprehensive and innovative solutions to fuel growth for online digital content creators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing ad revenue across our clients' websites while prioritizing user experience. This role requires a deep understanding of programmatic advertising, ad networks, and ad exchanges, as well as strong analytical skills to optimize campaigns and drive performance. 

  1. Onboard and implement new demand partners and ad products, taking charge of all aspects from technical implementation to trafficking. 
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with ad networks, exchanges, and demand-side platforms to expand their inventory and enhance revenue opportunities. 
  3. Implement and manage ad setups using tools such as Google Ad Manager
  4. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Client Success teams on ad product development, prioritization, and implementation. 
  5. Monitor revenue performance for their publisher clients daily, troubleshooting revenue anomalies and ensuring ad strategies align with revenue objectives 
  6. Setup, monitor, and analyze A/B tests to increase performance 
  7. Conduct audits of all demand partners to ensure transparency and accuracy. 
  8. Onboard new publisher clients, building revenue strategies to achieve their business objectives 
  9. Document best practices, conduct cross-functional training, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends to inform strategic decision-making. 
  10. Ensure compliance with industry standards, privacy regulations, and company policies related to programmatic advertising. 
  11. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, and reporting. 
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve programmatic performance, operational efficiency, and overall user experience.
