- A minimum of 3 years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad operations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, ad networks, exchanges, and supply-side platforms.
- Proficiency in using ad serving and reporting tools, such as Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, and other industry-specific platforms.
- Proven experience in data analysis, with a keen eye for trends and patterns.
- Familiarity with project management tools, exhibiting outstanding organizational skills.
- Unyielding attention to detail.
- Knowledge of industry standards, privacy regulations, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, HTML, Javascript is a huge plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
