Compensation Snapshot
Employment Type: Independent Contractor
Location: Fully Remote
Time Commitment: Full-Time
Monthly Base Compensation:
USD $1,500–$2,000 per month, depending on experience, capability, AI proficiency, strategic marketing expertise, and overall alignment with the role.
Performance Incentives:

We're looking for someone who understands both strategy and execution.
Someone who can think like a CMO while still enjoying rolling up their sleeves to build campaigns, improve funnels, launch products, analyze performance, and continually optimize everything we do.
This is an AI-first marketing role.
You'll be expected to actively leverage AI across planning, research, copy development, analytics, reporting, creative ideation, campaign optimization, workflow automation, and experimentation.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
We're looking for a commercially minded marketer who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
You should have:
- 5+ years of professional marketing experience.
- Experience managing integrated digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, CRM systems, SEO, and digital analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking.
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment.
AI-First Marketing Experience
We're specifically looking for marketers who actively use AI to improve their work.
