Job Summary
We are looking for a talented RF Design Engineer with CMOS IC design expertise and a passion for solving complex engineering challenges across sub-GHz to 2.4 GHz bands.
This is an opportunity to work at both block and system level on cutting-edge radio technology in a highly collaborative, international engineering environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the design, simulation, and optimization of baseband and RF blocks (~70%).
- Conduct lab measurements and performance characterization (~20%).
- Provide ATE support and contribute to regulatory compliance assessment (~10%).
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering.
- 3+ years’ semiconductor industry experience.
- Hands-on expertise in one or more of:
- LDOs, regulators
- Bandgap references, power-on reset
- ADCs (Sigma-Delta, SAR)
- LNAs, mixers, filters
- Power amplifiers (sub-GHz or 2.4 GHz)
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in English (French is a plus).
Nice to Have
- PhD with 5+ years’ experience.
- RC and XTAL oscillator design.
- Knowledge of ESD protection strategies.
- Mixed-mode simulation experience (Symphony or equivalent).
- EM simulation tools (SiWave, HFSS, EMX).

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is 97,500 CHF - 130,000 CHF. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base salary, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education and experience, as well as job location and the value of other elements of an employee’s total compensation package.
