Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Jr Financial Analyst to join our team located in São Paulo.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Jr Financial Analyst to join the BUC & FP&A team supporting the MedTech EP & Neurovascular business across LATAM focusing on Brazil.
This role plays a key position in providing financial leadership, analytical insights, and strategic support to the Business Unit model, partnering closely with Franchise, Cluster, and Regional Leadership teams.
The analyst will contribute to profitability optimization, financial planning cycles, and strategic initiatives, supporting decision-making related to portfolio management, innovation, and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial leadership and strategic analysis for the Electrophysiology and Neurovascular franchises across LATAM.
- Develop and support frameworks and processes to evaluate New Product Launches, ensuring appropriate profitability and return on investment.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities to improve profitability, including:Customer segmentation analysisPortfolio optimization and product mixSKU rationalization initiatives
- Investment Optimization - mainly Opex deepdive
- Actively support financial forecasting cycles (BP, JU, NU and IBP).
- Work closely with Global Franchise and Region Leadership to support:Integration of acquisitionsAcceleration of innovation initiativesEvaluation of new business models aimed at expanding patient access
- Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis to regional and global stakeholders.
- Drive process simplification, standardization, and consistency within FP&A to enhance strategic discussions and business insights.
- Act as a collaborative business partner, supporting data-driven decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or other analytical finance roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different levels and functions.
- Proficiency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
- Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and regional environment.
