The Business Planning Analyst will be responsible for sustaining support of the Product Release Integration Management Environment (PRIME) system.

  • Processing of data change requests (ECNs)
  • Responding to production queries
  • Logging system bugs and issues into JIRA
  • Managing Global Operations performer tables
  • Reviewing and resolving system errors
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement
     

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/ Business Administration or equivalent
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Able to collaborate with colleagues from different cultures and nationalities
  • Able to work reliably and effectively with minimal supervision
  • Familiar with process mapping and root cause analysis
  • Curious with AI exploration for workflow enhancement initiatives (Claude, MS 360, Copilot)
  • Prior knowledge on the semiconductor manufacturing process is an advantage
  • Possesses proactive mindset
  • Preferably with Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification
  • New College Graduates are welcome to apply
