Analyst - South Zone

About the Position:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical and organized individual to join us for a two-year rotational analyst/management trainee role. This role would involve working closely with our Zonal Manager for all our “hubs” or coworking spaces across Bangalore and Hyderabad. The role isn’t aligned with a single hub, rather it would entail assistance with projects related to zonal level planning and strategy, existing hub operations, expansion, setup of new hubs and HR.

 Experience:

• 2+ Years of experience in working as a Business Analyst or Operations Analyst in any Industry 

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for defining, developing and communicating key metrics and business trends to partner and management teams.
• Execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights. 
• Able to perform gracefully in multitasking project environment with attention to detail. 
• Ability to create reports and dashboards for monitoring operational effectiveness and performance.
• Help in strategic planning by providing data driven insights.
• Comfortable with solving unstructured problems and coming up with innovative solutions.
• Manage projects with cross-functional teams with an objective to bring changes in the life of stakeholders towards achieving higher efficiency and business growth 

Skills Required:

• Working knowledge of SQL. Proficient in Excel 
• Good Communication Skills: Would need to interact with people at various levels
• Have a good thought process to understand ground callouts and relate to the respective gap in the process 
• Open to learning new things and adapting to a dynamic environment
• Working knowledge of Coworking operations is a plus but not mandatory
